Moira Hutchenson

View Bio

Moira Hutchison is a Mindset Coach, Mindfulness Meditation Teacher & Guide. Her focus and passion is to help people who struggle with motivation and who are feeling stuck and overwhelmed. She guides and inspires clients and students to recognize and remove their mindset blocks so they can develop calmness, balance, and peace. She also helps people to access their unique gifts and serve their purpose in this world without suffering from burnout.

Moira graduated from: SOMA, The Science of Mindful Awareness: Meditation Teacher Training at The Mindfulness Center.

Her favorite aspect of that program was the breadth of wisdom covered about mindfulness as well as the inspiration to record her own meditations of differing lengths. Moira also found the interactive exercises and opportunity to partner with other students were very supportive to feeling confident and in large part helped to craft the level of ease she now experiences as a meditation guide and teacher.
