“I had a private one-hour guided meditation with Aurora Hutchinson. This was truly a wonderful experience! I went much deeper in my meditation than I ever have. Aurora is extremely knowledgeable and seasoned. She also has an incredibly soothing voice and guides you deep in relaxation. Thank you Aurora!”

Without my meditation practice I would have had a much more difficult time living with the COVID-19 pandemic. I have been practicing mindfulness meditation for five years and my quality of life has vastly improved. My ability to live in the present and not fretting about the future is a lifeline for me. I have actually enjoyed some of the freedom and joy during the pandemic. Without the Mindfulness Center and Aurora Hutchinson my husband and I would have had a harder time adjusting to our beautiful world! Thank you!
